Yes, this cable works with init7. I have the same one and it works without problems.
The adapter is the SFP module. What exactly does it say? Or which module is it?
It was the same for me...but the cable fits the Zyxel modem from Sunrise

Only 1 cable is shown. The two connectors simply have different colours.

Isn't this an LC/APC (green) to SC/PC (blue) cable? Because LC/APC to SC/APC must be green to green?
I use it as follows: The green end is in the Swisscom connection, the blue end is in the Fritzbox 5490.
