You don't have to worry about that at all for the time being. It can still deliver a higher bandwidth than the fibre optic connection in your home.
This fibre supports 10Gb/s, but it depends on the SFP module you put on your switches. You need an SFP+ module, which stands for Single Mode Fibre, which supports 10Gb/s symmetric over one fibre. For example this: Ubiquiti UF-SM-10G-S: 2er Set SFP+ Modul (transceiver module)
