Good day According to the Lenovo data sheet, an NVIDIA Quadro is installed: https://www.lenovo.com/kr/ko/ThinkStation_P320_March_2017_V2.pdf However, the product description only mentions an Intel HD Graphics 630. What is correct now? How much GPU power does the PC have?

These are options for various configurations or simply listed as accessories. I would like to upgrade the unit with an internal SATA hard disk 1T. which one would you recommend to me

I would rather recommend a 2TB or 4TB hard disk directly because of the price/performance ratio per GB. For example, the following products: Seagate Barracuda (2TB, 3.5", Desktop, Server) Seagate BarraCuda (4TB, 3.5", Desktop, NAS) or WD Blue (2TB, 3.5", Desktop) WD Blue (4TB, 3.5", Desktop)
