Are headphones, remote control, mains adapter, headrest attachment and 12 V vehicle adapter included in the scope of delivery?

Yes, it's all included. - I think the picture quality is quite good. Some DVDs are loud when playing, most are quite quiet. There are weak points when installing in the car: The screen wobbles too tightly when folded compactly over the DVD drive. I have now connected the drive and the screen with a short Velcro fastener. The vehicle manufacturer's version for an iPad is much more stable.
