Questions about KooKoo EarlyBird

I don't hear the alarm clock ticking, although I am usually very sensitive to noise at night. A very soft noise is audible when I put my ear to the alarm clock. But I can't hear anything at a distance.

We currently only offer the white and red version. We cannot offer the green one at the moment.
