Is there a way to solve the contact problems soundbar / TV? It usually doesn't work with the HDMI connection. Thank you for a good idea.

In such cases, it is best to contact the manufacturer directly: However, I would advise you to check whether you have used an HDMI ARC connection on your TV as intended. If you get stuck, I would advise you to file a service case.

I have a constant humming and buzzing at different volumes and intensities on the subwoofer as soon as it connects to the soundbar. The noise remains and is constantly there, sometimes drowns out in loud music, but especially when listening to music quietly or during quiet film scenes, it becomes clearly audible and is extremely disturbing. The first soundbar with subwoofer was replaced, my second has the identical problem. So my question: does anyone else have these problems?

No, I don't have this problem. Maybe it's because I hardly ever use the soundbar because it keeps losing contact with the TV and has to be reset. Annoying.
