Is the window caulking kit supplied with this air conditioner also suitable for a French window? Or only for standard windows?

Generally, the kits supplied with air conditioners are for windows, not window doors. As a result, I think this kit will be too short to cover your window door perfectly. There are other kits on the market for window doors.
