Is it possible to order internet security 2017 upgrade (IT) that works with both windows 10 and the old windows vista ?

With the "upgrade" version can we install this version on a PC that does not have a license yet (So where we have not yet downloaded/installed kaspersky)

No, the upgrade just has a license number, there is no installation CD.

The package says for PC, Mac and Mobile - but the description says Windows as the platform. Is there a possibility to buy an upgrade for different platforms (3s = any 3 devices)?

The licence is platform-independent. You get 3 licences here, which means you can also use 3 devices.
