Hello all, I am simply dumbfounded as to how a company created an update that disables my iSmartAlarm Spot + and makes it inoperable. I can no longer connect and have not been able to do so for years. Can someone please help me by showing me how to get to the factory settings with the camera and make my iSmart Camera work again? Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and I wish you all the best. Seyo from Berlin

The company went bankrupt and the service was discontinued. It is to be thrown away!

Apparently the company has changed in the background. Unfortunately, since the update of the app, nothing works anymore. I can neither update the cameras nor delete them. Recently, I was asked to pay something, but I don't know. Would the cameras then work again? Does anyone know more?

The company has discontinued its business. Support is now provisionally running on another company for a year. I recommend replacing everything. The new app only works halfway.

So I tried it via iPhone and android to connect it to the wifi. No success, I'm probably too stupid. Tried everything via the app without success. Not recommended.

It can't work like that, the camera communicates with the mobile phone via WLAN, if the mobile phone is the hotspot, the WLAN is switched off as a receiver and cannot be recognised. I have it running via the home WLAN and it works. However, the app is disastrous, needs improvement....
