Questions about Hoover Steam Capsule Plus

My version came with 2 brushes, 1 nozzle and 2 cloths. I did not receive any other parts.

In general, steam cleaners are not recommended for use on parquet. However, it depends on the parquet. If the parquet is new - i.e. properly sealed, designed for underfloor heating and has no cracks - the floor can be picked up damp (not wet) with the steam cleaner. To keep the moisture deep, it is recommended to hold thick terry cloths between the steam cleaner and the parquet. The steam cleaner is not recommended for older parquet that has not been maintained or has cracks. The steam can then get into the cracks and damage the wood.
