Yes, it should work because your smartphone supports it. Simply plug Mirrorcast into the HDMI of the TV, connect it to the power supply and off you go ;)
The Chromecast streams everything from the internet, so unfortunately it only works with the internet... Maybe you can use the integrated Miracast from the TV?

Please do not buy this product, it is totally outdated and no HDCP 2.2 is guaranteed not to work. The latest model is called Google ChromeCast with Google TV, can do 4K UHD, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and also Dolby Atmos. A remote control is included and yes it can do HDCP 2.2:
