No, you cannot save two landline numbers with this analogue landline telephone. It only supports one analogue connection and has no function for multiple phone numbers.
Yes, this is an EU/DE version. The Gigaset CL660A Duo works in German with 220-240 V and is compatible with German analogue telephone connections (a/b or router analogue port).
Scope of delivery:
1× base station with answering machine, 2× handset, 2× charging cradle, mains adapter(s), telephone connection cable and rechargeable batteries.
The CL660 Duo (CH version) from Gigaset does not have an internal answering machine. It is an analogue landline phone with hands-free function, but without integrated answering machine function.
The CL660A version, on the other hand, has a separate answering machine box (Box 200A) with up to 30 minutes of recording time, which can also be connected. The pure CL660 model does not offer this function internally.
The telephone is a landline telephone with an analogue connection and cannot be connected directly to the Wingo Internet Box 4 as it supports IP telephony. It requires an analogue connection or a DECT base station in order to function.
You cannot connect the Gigaset base station directly to the Sunrise Connect Box 3 with an RJ45 plug, as the Gigaset base station is normally connected to the phones via DECT. The DECT phones connect wirelessly to the Gigaset base station, not via Wi-Fi. If you want to connect the Gigaset base station to the router to use VoIP functions, you need to make sure that the base station supports VoIP and is compatible with the router. In this case, the Gigaset Box 100 could be a suitable option to establish the connection, as it can be connected directly to the Connect Box 3.
The telephone is a landline telephone with an analogue connection, which means that it cannot be connected directly to an IP router such as the Swisscom Internet Box. It requires a DECT base or an analogue connection. If you have another model like the CL660HX that is based on DECT, it could work on a DECT-enabled router like the Swisscom Internet Box. However, this is not the case for the CL660 Duo.
Under Calls (small button - Mail button!) you can see all phone calls! If you want to make or correct the addresses of the Gigaset, download the small free tool - gTool Gigaset - to your PC, it is much better than the useless Gisaset software! https://www.gtool.de/

This telephone does not have an answering machine. But it is built into the Gigaset CL660A model.
And yes, you can configure an electronic butler at UPC.
The phone normally shows the number, but if a name is stored in the phone with this number, the name is displayed. As far as I know, this cannot be reconfigured.
But: I would clarify with Swisscom whether the name is also transmitted with the number (as a service) and whether this can be changed.
You can order the duo twice, but then you have to re-register two phones to the one base so that all 4 are on one base.
The phone does not have an answering machine. For this you would have to buy the CL660A.
