Since there are several, I have compared the devices: https://www.galaxus.ch/Comparison...
Here you can find a direct comparison of the specifications.
This is a 4G router and does not support 5G. Otherwise a very good router with many additional functions.
But you won't find a 5G router in this price category anyway. So either invest more, do without 5G or, if you're lucky, find a good second-hand device.
If you are not using a local SIM card, you should check whether roaming is activated. If you have a local SIM card, you need to set up the apn, both can be found under Internet - Access data - Settings.
The best way to do this is to contact our customer service team directly at https://helpcenter.galaxus.ch/hc.... Your enquiry can then be checked individually.
I don't understand the question, please be clearer. You can't type the "special character" in the password? I'd like to point out that I've resold the device, so I can't refer to its original box.
Here is the answer from our product experts:
You should choose the international version for Switzerland. According to the supplier, here is the difference between the two versions;
The "international" versions of the Fritz!Box (LTE) are multilingual, the Germans only speak German.
With xDSL boxes, the difference would still be that the "D" is designed for ISDN, the international versions for POTS. (Even before, the D versions had different RJ12 telephone adapters than the AT/CH versions, for example.)
This has not been confirmed, but it could also be that the D version has more German LTE providers (APNs) preconfigured and you have to configure the AT providers manually.
(Version D for DE or Germany)
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this at the moment. Should the product become available to us through our suppliers, we can check a possible inclusion.
