What is the difference to article number 37644143 or manufacturer number T8134321? It says PoE instead of WLAN. Is the data correct?

Thanks for the tip, I have just reported the error. The eufy S220s connect via WLAN. If we have the item twice in the range (possibly due to an import version), I would of course simply order the cheaper version.

Is the Home Base required for the S220 SoloCam system? What are the advantages and disadvantages with or without the Home Base?

No. It only requires an app from eufy. The advantages and disadvantages are individual, as it is better this way for one person and that way for another. My opinion: a Home Base would be an additional device. Therefore more of a disadvantage.
