https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/producttype/audio-kabel-296?tagIds=538-1147&filter=7%3D0.001%3A10%3A5%2C9525%3D6471 Stereo cinch (red and white plugs) and, depending on the audio source connections, e.g. USB C, stereo mini jack 3.5 mm etc. are required for the active speaker (where the amplifier part is located). - These are audio cables and not speaker cables. For lengths over 5 metres, it becomes difficult with so-called ready-made products. Would otherwise require customisation by a service workshop.

No, the Edifier S1000 MK2 speakers do not support a direct Bluetooth connection for multiple speakers to create a surround effect. These speakers are designed as a pair, with one speaker being active and the other passive. The connecting cable between the two speakers is about 5 metres long. If you need a longer cable, you can use a standard speaker cable to achieve the desired length.

Helpful answer

It is a master/slave concept, whereby only one box is active (= with amplifier) and the 2nd box is only connected to the master box via speaker cable. The audio signal goes to the active box via 2 pairs of cinch sockets. Therefore, 2 audio sources can be connected. All necessary cables are already enclosed and are sufficient in length for direct operation via computer. Attention, speaker cables or speaker connections between both speakers are only equipped with 5-pin DIN plugs, i.e. no terminal connections. - The remote control should always be ready for use, as the optional buttons for volume and sound are located on the back of the speakers.
