This one: Dyson Filter
It only blows and not really quietly at high speed. But it filters the air.

With my model, I can't detect any humming or buzzing noise on level 1. The Dyson is almost silent. From level 2, I also hear the draught, as you described.
The remote control, which is included in the scope of delivery.

It is only a fan with an air purification function, which means that the unit must run at least on level 1 for it to purify the air, the air is not cooled in that sense. For detailed information, I recommend that you ask Dyson directly.

I don't think so, as the associated remote control can only control settings such as switching on and off, the strength of the airflow and the rotation, to be honest, never needed anything else either, which is why I never thought about linking to it. So I can't say, I googled for it briefly and found nothing in a hurry, but I'm sure the manufacturer can help.

According our information it needs 40 watt.

It is quite quiet, you can hardly hear the fan in the housing. From level 7/8, however, you can hear the "draught" quite well.
