It prints with thermal printing technology and only in black. That's why no ribbons are needed.

I found the cleaning cards for other models, but unfortunately the one I wanted was not there.
However, you could contact customer support and ask if it would be possible to include the product.
You would have to ask Swiss Post directly whether you can print a label with an existing postal stitch code and whether you need a special programme for this. Regarding the label printer itself, the thickness and size of the printable label is sufficient even with this device. Since we have not been able to try this out in such a form, I will gladly post it in the community, perhaps a user can help you :)
I don't know what appointment cards are. I use address labels and order them from labelstock.ch.
