Questions about Duolabs Diablo Cam 2 Twin WiFi, 2x ISO card reader, New Version

Hello, I have received your shipment and unfortunately the Wifi does not work. I have tried to configure it but the card does not recognise any WIFI even though I have one. What should I do? Thank you
