Is it possible to use the hoover without the mop function? In other words, just use the hoover?

Hello! How well does the L10S Pro go around stuff like cat toys etc. Has anyone had an experience with that? Since I have two cats I don't want it to break if I accidentally leave something laying around. I'm stuck between choosing this product and the Dreame D10 Plus. Anyone any tips?

Hello everyone. Our Dreame is not drawing any water for the mop. It seems to be a general problem. Do you have or have you had the same problem? If so, what helped you? Many thanks and best wishes

The best thing to do is to send it to Galaxus and report the problem. Mine has been repaired and sent back to me.
