Can it get over door thresholds of 3cm?

Helpful answer

As previous speakers have already said, 2 cm max. We have more like 1 cm thresholds and even then it needs several attempts and only gets over with a lot of bumping and banging. Otherwise, the robot is absolutely fantastic for the price. On the quietest setting, it takes an hour to sweep an 80 m2 flat and picks up all the dust, hair and crumbs except on carpets

Is it also suitable for parquet?

Helpful answer

Yes, the robot hoover is also suitable for parquet flooring. It has an adjustable moisture control when mopping so that you can set the optimum amount of moisture for sensitive floors such as parquet. In addition, the combination of vacuuming and mopping ensures gentle and thorough cleaning of various floor types, including parquet.

The part just drags a damp cloth behind it, doesn't do much anyway. It is probably possible to soften the water afterwards, but as the water consumption is quite low, I would rather use softened water or a water filter. Don't let it smell like acetic acid in your home. And if you do, use an odourless descaler based on amidosulfonic acid.

Helpful answer

Yes, you can also use the Dreame D10 Plus Gen2 without the mopping function and only use it as a robot hoover. The robot is designed so that you can remove the mopping plate, allowing it to work exclusively with the suction function. This allows flexible use, depending on your cleaning needs.

Helpful answer

The Dreame D10 Plus Gen2 robot hoover requires a Wi-Fi connection to work with smart functionality. If you do not have a fixed Wi-Fi network at home, you can use your mobile phone as a hotspot to provide a Wi-Fi connection to the robot. However, make sure your mobile phone can support the network traffic needed by the robot and that the connection is stable. The robot only supports the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band, so make sure your hotspot is configured on this frequency.

Helpful answer

No, the Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 vacuum-mopping robot cannot be operated without an internet connection. Setting up and using the robot requires an internet connection as many functions, such as app control and configuration of cleaning schedules, are online dependent.

Even on the manufacturer's website there are no bags listed as compatible... So I ordered these "Roboparts Dust bag for the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra Heat robot hoover" yesterday. I received them today and I can confirm that they are compatible. They are a bit smaller than the originals but it will do.
