The picture quality of Zattoo and Teleboy is also poor for me. Wilmaa, however, runs well, with appealing picture quality.
That should be possible, I just wonder why they would want to do that. Synology apps are for touch screen devices (smart phone, tablet) and using them with a remote control might not be a great user experience. To watch photos/movies or listen to music on your Synology NAS with the Wetek, you only need to configure access to the NAS in Kodi or in the Wetek player.
The WeTek Play 2 is brand new and was just released in September. It differs in various technical points such as a new main processor and graphics processor.
