Devolo Home Control Radiator thermostat

Devolo Home Control Radiator thermostat
No, a device ;-(
Hello the temperature is adjustable in 0.5 steps
A few months ago I bought Devolo Home Control products. The products do not work safely and were also replaced by Digitech, there was no improvement.
Yes, there is a difference. The Devolo is the better one and sends the room temperature to the server. The Danfoss has a separate firmware and is therefore only recommended for the Danfoss server (controller). However, I actually recommend the Fibaro controller.
I control the thermostat via a Raspberry 3, with the z-stick from Aeotec. I connected it via the buttons on the stick and the thermostat, but then I had to enter the Open Z Wave Control Panel (ozwcp), which has to be installed on the Raspi. The thermostat should then be automatically recognised in the ozwcp, and from that moment I was able to control it (via the Home Assistant software).
Yes, the Devolo Home Control Starter Packet is necessary. Otherwise, the radiator thermostat cannot connect to the Internet. Without the Devolo Home Control Starter Packet, the heating can only be controlled with the buttons on the device, which makes little sense.
