This information is certainly wrong. I think it is a decimal point error. 4000 Hz is more realistic, but I can't quite explain the frequency range either (it's much too high up to 25 KHz is still realistic). Definitions via www.hifi-regler.de

Depending on the system you have. I wouldn't mix speakers too tightly. But if you already have Denon from a similar series, it should be OK for rear/height speakers.
Yes, you can use these speakers on your computer. However, this configuration is not optimal as you will also need an amplifier, as these are passive speakers.
