It comes with the panel-type solution for sash windows shown in picture 6. Other types of windows will most likely require a separately bought sealing kit.

i found a more efficient solution i opened the window wide and cut an 8mm plywood panel to fit the window then cut a hole at the bottom of the panel where the pipe will come out. no loss of expelled air. too bad i can't put a photo up.
