Hi all, what is the best way to get such a cable outside without drilling? I can only think of a flat ribbon adapter, for which I probably also need an SMA to coax adapter (I mean this one: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/goobay-verlaengerungskabel-fensterdurchfuehrung-antennenkabel-12977031). Does anyone have a better idea? Thanks for your answers, best regards

Digitec does not have an SMA window feed-through. At best you can find SMA/BNC or N-type adapters. Otherwise maybe here: https://www.amazon.de/Fensterkabel-Fensterdurchf%C3%BChrung-Flachkabel-Antennen-2600MHz/dp/B01B6BF31W

Hi, I would like to place the antennas of my Netgear MR 600 outdoors and extend them with this cable to get better LTE reception. Is this the right cable for this? Greetings and thanks.

Hello, I think you mean Tp-Link Archer MR600, in my opinion that could work.
