Hi, I haven't had this problem yet. I mainly use it to observe the moon, but I don't have a double image. Only the focussing is inaccurate and the eyepieces need to be adjusted.

Unfortunately not included. Scope of delivery: Binoculars, carrying case, optics and eyepiece cover, cleaning cloth, carrying strap.
