We have taken over the guarantee of 36 months. The manufacturer's warranty applies. In addition, the case is included in the scope of delivery.

I checked again and I bought the one from Digitec with a QWERTY keyboard. Maybe the wrong picture was uploaded there.

I bought this model because of the USB capability. Now I have found that the software is hard to use. Constant crashes, settings are not put into practice. It is only possible to edit one label. I would like to print several small labels, each with a frame and different content. This machine produces tape overages of 25mm per label. For this reason alone, I would like to edit several labels on one tape.
