I think you should get someone from Brother to come and redo the product sheets for you because the P-Touch products on Galaxus are not highlighted or clearly presented at all! Here we have as indication "16 cm"? The first thing that should appear for all these "tapes", in the title, is the model = TZE-S131 / TZE-FX231 / TZE-135 / etc. That's the only thing that matters! Afterwards, in the description, you need : The width of the ribbon, the writing colour, the background colour and the length of the ribbon, as well as its specific features such as "strong" for example. This way, it will be easier to make a choice and you will certainly get more orders by doing this work beforehand.

Thank you very much for your feedback. It is true that for some of the products on our site, the information is clearly missing. I share your opinion. Unfortunately, we do our best to put as much detail as possible. Generally, it is the suppliers/manufacturers who put the information when they want to sell an item on our site. This is also why the community exists, you can ask questions and an agent or someone who has bought the product will answer you as soon as possible.
