Hi, the binoculars are a physical set of glass and I do not think the speak any language. If you are looking for an English manual, this is included as it is multilingual, but just in case you can get it here too https://www.bresser.de/out... But to be honest, there is no need for a manual itself as it pretty easy to use :-) Cheers

I wouldn't know how to answer correctly because I ordered it for my mother, who gave it to my nephew. I only tried it once, so spontaneously I would say at least 10 meters, maybe 15. In any case, my mum thought it was a good quality product, and good manufacture. I hope this has helped you.

There are eyelets on the unit, but no carrying loop. Nylon bag yes.
