Who in Switzerland can change the battery of this watch? Unfortunately, that seems to be a problem.

Hello, while I was browsing through photos of theses watches, it occured to me that on first two pictures is different version of them. This version had MADE IN GERMANY sign on dial. Which version are you selling? Thanks in advance.
