Why is this device being sold as "used" even though it is still in its original packaging? And why without warranty? I am interested as a 1:1 replacement for our defective device, but certainly not without warranty at a price identical to offers with the usual warranties.

This is a secondhand products sold by a customer. It is possible that he is selling it as new, even though the warranty has expired, as it has probably never been used.
