Hello, It seems that yes, there is a "+" button on the application and the portable player (4 numbers available on the player). The image quality on the player is average and reduced compared to the smartphone app.

you'll have to hope for goodwill, ios 12 support is not a guaranteed feature. Beurer recommends an app called "iNanny Monitors".

Hello, According to the manual, the battery should actually be included. To report this to Digitec, simply send an e-mail to digitec@digitec.ch or call 044 575 95 00.

Unfortunately, I can't answer that. We use the camera without the cloud. You can view screenshots of the last activities even without a cloud. We don't necessarily need a cloud service. All in all, a good camera with a functioning app. Unfortunately, the image resolution of the receiver is a bit poor. On the mobile phone, however, it is very good.
