Will it be possible to use an extra Sunrise surf&talk SIM card with this router? If not, why not? Thank you

If you have an internet sim card, you can use it in this router. Concerning the type of subscription, you must contact Sunrise directly.

I am trying to set up this Fritzbox 6820 LTE with the SALT "Unlimited Surf" service. The SALT SIM card is recognised, the LTE connection is active (-102 dBm), but when I check the Internet connection I get the error message "Internet connection check failed. Logging into mobile radio network not possible". Does anyone have the same problem or a suggested solution?

done - SALT had not activated the SIM card.

Can the WiFi be switched off - either by switch or then via software? I would like to connect the device directly to an existing WiFi router via Ethernet.

Why is this device cheaper than https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/avm-fritzbox-6820-lte-internet-mobil-10397714 - despite the "V2" label and higher max. data transfer rate? Am I missing something?
