Access from the outside is only possible with a fingerprint, code etc. What about from the inside? Can I simply open the door without the security entries?

Yes, that's the case. It's important that the locking cylinder fits the door, which wasn't the case for me.

The product replaces existing locking cylinders and is powered by 4x AAA batteries. A small additional rechargeable battery is installed, which ensures the function in case of empty batteries and can be recharged via USB.
