Hello, you can put this transmitter in anywhere that has a headphone output. Pairing is then very easy. I didn't understand the question about the ipod display. You don't need a display to pair, it has little LEDs....

I have a BT-C1 like this in operation. It worked for me. I used it to connect the old PSP to the headphones. But check the tech spec to see what the transfer rate is and compare it with the standard transfer rate for games.

Helpful answer

Plug the transmitter into the headphone socket of the PC and press the on/off switch for several seconds until it flashes blue (LED is very difficult to see), then switch on the headphones as well, it then takes a few seconds and the headphones are connected. (I also use the Sony WH-100XM2 in combination with the PC and had no problems).

I have the thing (plugged into my stereo) connected to my Bose headphones, works great. Usb must be plugged in with power supply, then switch on the part and press and hold the power button until the LED blue flickers quickly, then establish the connection with the headphones. I had to try 2-3 times, but it worked in the end! Good luck!
