Hello, the batteries and holders are included. However, there is only one cable for charging.
I returned the product. Didn't want to be spied on by the americans.

Delivered with : Instructions, Battery(s), Screw kit, Fixing set, Fixing bracket, Power supply.
The cameras have a magnetic support included (wall). But the brand recommends external brackets if the height exceeds 2 m (these are sold separately).
