The hose is definitely not soft like a water hose, but it can be bent and turned. The whole thing is a little stubborn, but with a little practice it's no problem. The hose hasn't shown any wear yet, but I'm not worried because it can easily be replaced, for example, for an extension.

As far as I know, it switches the sensor from the remote control to the air conditioning.

No, you can't do it directly. A bracket for screwing the unit to the outside wall is included. Maybe you can make something out of it. Attention: If a device changes the outer shell of a building, you need a building permit or at least the consent of the house owner in many communities.

I don't think so, because when it is unplugged and plugged in again it doesn't switch on, but it can be coupled with Tado (= bluetooth connection which in turn goes via lan/wlan and can be controlled remotely via app).

Hello, Don't worry, the noise generated, regardless of the technical values displayed, is perfectly acceptable for you and your neighbours.

I can confirm this, but it is hardly noticeable in my use case. I hardly notice it when operating the device and looking at the status. However, I do see that the connection drops regularly. Wifi firmware: 003 Unit firmware: 01416

It seems the 40m2 version is the older 2020 model without WiFi. I strongly assume the 40m2 is wrong since as you noticed the specs are the same. Those 13500 BTU/h are for sure enough for 70m2 since this is an efficient split device. The new model also has a much more modern looking remote. I would recommend to order the new model with WiFi.
