Questions about Argo Ulisse 13 DCI Eco WiFi

For all those who are interested. The manufacturer doesn't have any information about the Wi-Fi function online, but I found it anyway. The air conditioner can be integrated into the WLAN at home. Then a user account is created at Argo. The air conditioner can be controlled from anywhere via a web app in the browser. The interface of this web app is based on the remote control included and has the same functions. A "real" Smart Home integration (Apple HomeKit, etc.) is not possible.

How long is the connector cable between the outside and inside units? On the company website (link below), the sell 2 metre and 4 metre options.

Can anyone tell me about the diameter of the hose?

How big or heavy is the outdoor unit? Only the indoor unit is mentioned in the specifications.

Hello dear community! The outer part has a plug for the condensation water. If I don't remove it, so much water collects that the fan bathes in it and makes a lot of noise or splashes. If I pull the plug, I solve the problem and the condensation runs off. I can't find anywhere in the instructions whether the plug should be removed or not. Does the outdoor unit need a little water to cool better or whatever, or can I safely leave the plug out? Thank you very much for your help!

Is it possible to separate the inner and outer parts again in order to store the unit in the cellar in winter or in case of a move? What do I need to bear in mind?

How flexible is the hose? Can you move it more often without breaking the line? How much can it be bent?

Does anyone know what "IFeelC" means? In the instructions we always talk about the "IFeel" function (temperature of the remote control is used for the measurement). But if you press the button twice, "IFeeL C" appears on the display. This is not described anywhere.

Can the outdoor unit also be attached to a railing? (I don't have a balcony, only a railing right next to the window).

Similar to the other two commentators, I am also interested in buying several of these air conditioners and have made enquiries with online suppliers in Switzerland and other EU countries. The last answer indicates that the suppliers all offer the same and latest units from Argo with 3.7kW (according to the argoclima technical data sheet). It is therefore surprising why Galaxus offers the units at a price CHF 1000 higher than other Swiss importers. I would rather buy from Galaxus but the price is simply not competitive.

Can the appliance also be switched on and off with a smart plug? This means that as soon as the device receives power, it switches itself on or must the on/off button on the device always be pressed after a power interruption?

What is correct about the noise data? Here in the documents it says 42dB outside and 34 - 36 -37dB inside. However, the energy label (= last picture) states 62dB outside and 55 dB inside, which is quite a difference (especially outside because of the neighbours...).

The wifi connection doesn't really work for me. I have set up everything as described in the instructions. However, the control only works sporadically. The LED light (Wifi status) flashes every now and then. I have the feeling that it loses the wifi connection from time to time. Does anyone have any tips on how to solve the problem? I have already reconfigured it... but that didn't help. Could it be the wifi router? 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz setting? Any tips would be helpful.

I have had the Ulisse 13 Eco (WiFi version) for a few weeks and am actually very satisfied with it. Now that it is very warm outside, the cooling capacity is not enough... After connecting an electricity meter, I noticed that the unit only draws a maximum of 600-800 watts at turbo level. Is this normal? What kind of power consumption does your unit have in turbo mode??? And what could be the problem? Because the unit should actually consume up to 1400 watts, which would mean that my unit could cool almost twice as much as before.

Hello, I have now often heard that the compressor is installed in the indoor unit. Why then do the hoses with the refrigerant lead to the outside of the outdoor unit? I thought the compressor was always installed in the outdoor unit of a split unit. I would appreciate a brief technical explanation. Thank you!

Is really true that the WIFI version is for 70m2 and the not WIFI version form 40 m2?. They seems to have the exact same specs, where this difference come from?!?

Is the 40m^2 variant a model without Wifi (different from the 70m^2 variant) or is that a mistake?

How did you solve the problem of routing the hose outside? I live in a rented flat and cannot drill holes through the wall.

You can simply install an extension cable. Does the liquid not drain?

Is the 42db announced for the indoor or outdoor unit? At what distance is the measurement made?
