As far as I know... you can get the option; at Apple; but not at Digitec. Too bad actually.

Can I install games on the Mini Mac or not?

Really depends on the game...most AAA games would likely struggle, but most everything else should be fine...for comparison, this mac is much more powerful than a Nintendo Switch, for example.

Hello, I am thinking about replacing my iMac (mid 2011), now the question arises, how big can the monitor still be so that the MacMini can still cope with it. currently I use a 21.5' and a 24' monitor next to it. However, I would like to have only 1 monitor on the table. In addition, I will be using 2 external monitors as customer/input monitors in the future. Can the MacMini cope with this?

Inches do not play a role at all. What matters is the resolution. At my brother's place, I have 2 monitors of 2560x1440 each. So from that point of view, no problem. The Mac can drive a third monitor, but I can't guarantee whether it would manage 2560x1440 again.
