Well, unfortunately I'm rather weak technically. Where can you see this? In the task manager it says DIMM 2667 Mhz ?!?

The Aurora Ryzen Edition is the first Alienware machine to feature PCI-Express 4.0 Technology. So it has to be X570 Chipset.

An SSD is already installed directly on the MoBo (M.2 / 1TB). In the front, it has a cage that can safely hold 3.5" drives and two at the bottom that are for SATA SSDs.
