To do this, you can contact our customer service at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new with more precise device details (serial number, SNID, etc.). With this data, we can check whether our spare parts distributors can procure the original mainboard.

Good day Mr Probst, Unfortunately, I can't name the exact power supply now, the specified version seems to no longer be available on the Asus website. However, I can assure you that 500W makes perfect sense for this configuration. The graphics card is rated at 130W of power and the I7 core at 85W. The power supply is probably not suitable for overclocking for normal peak performance of the components but it is sufficient. Hope this helps :-) Info source: 4 years of building PCs yourself.

Hi, We have had 2 of these at home for a few weeks and they are very quiet, accidentally left one on one evening (in the bedroom) and heard nothing all night. Only noticed the next morning because the LED was on. Have to say that we have the PCs set so that they don't go into standby. I can't say what the noise level is in sone or dB, but in normal use there is nothing to hear from the machine. With graphics-hungry games, the fan starts after a while but even that is quiet. No comparison to the 'helicopter' we had before. I can recommend this machine on every level: performance, noise level, design.

This promotion is expected to run until September. Nevertheless, we would like to point out that price changes at short notice are not completely excluded.
