Product details
Single-Mode SFP Module GBIC-101 SFP modules (Small Form-factor Pluggable), commonly known as GBIC (Gigabit Interface Converter), are modules that convert an electrical signal into an optical signal. The GBIC-101 Tornado module is designed for transmission over dual (duplex) single-mode fiber (SM) up to 20 km. TX wavelength is 1310 nm, with a transmission speed of 1.25 Gbit/s. The module features two LC sockets with a locking mechanism to prevent accidental disconnection. For proper communication with another device, a GBIC-101 module is required. This includes factors such as supply voltage, temperature, optical power of the signal emitted by the transmitter, and the power of the signal received by the receiver. The module is intended for use in devices from various manufacturers that do not utilize protective measures. It is compatible with TP-LINK devices or with CISCO devices. This SFP module will not work with devices from manufacturers that implement security measures.
