It is sensible to protect sensitive entertainment devices such as televisions, stereo systems, CD players, and equipment in the workplace, such as telephone systems or electronic measuring devices. The PowerWalker AVR series offers extensive protection against power disturbances and voltage fluctuations with a wide AC input voltage range of 180 VAC to 264 VAC. Users have three surge-protected output sockets available. The core of the device consists of control and protection electronics that compensate for voltage disturbances. A thermal sensor prevents the device from overheating. Additionally, a modem or telephone can be protected through the AVR. The AVR features a power switch. A green LED indicates the on/off status of the AVR, while a red LED shows the rise or fall of the voltage and the activation of the automatic voltage regulator.
