The SCA 508-16 A from Polytron is a powerful dSCR multiswitch designed for the efficient distribution of satellite and terrestrial signals. With five inputs, including four for satellite signals and one for terrestrial signals, this device offers versatile connection options. It supports both Quattro and Wideband LNBs, allowing for flexible signal distribution through five cascade outputs as well as eight SCR/Legacy outputs. The active terrestrial branch can be switched to a bypass mode, providing additional flexibility in signal processing. Each output in SCR mode is capable of providing 16 user bands, while the outputs in Legacy mode function like traditional multiswitch outputs. The SCA 508-16 A is also receiver-powered, simplifying installation and operation.
