The PEPPERL+FUCHS ARS11-B2-IC16-1 is a highly advanced Ethernet-APL Rail Field Switch specifically designed for the requirements of the process industry. With 16 intrinsically safe Ex-ic spur ports and screw terminals, this device provides a reliable connection for PROFIBUS PA field devices. The switch supports proxy functionalities and is equipped with Managed Ethernet-APL, enabling a flexible and secure network architecture. The powered spur ports are intrinsically safe and comply with Ex ic standards according to 2-WISE and FISCO, ensuring safety in explosive environments. Additionally, the switch offers two 1000BASE-T and two SFP interfaces, as well as a redundant power input that supports an operating voltage of 20 V DC to 60 V DC. With IECEx certification, the ARS11-B2-IC16-1 is suitable for international use and meets the stringent requirements of the European market.
