The PeakTech 5135 is a digital thermometer with a modern and compact design, featuring a 3 1/2-digit, 3-fold display with a maximum of 1999, function symbols, and a backlight. It offers a fast response time and high accuracy. The thermometer is easy to operate with its push buttons. The measurement function is realized through a Type K thermocouple, which provides a resolution of 0.1° and is versatile in use.
