The HSS cutter has a cutting width of 2 mm and is compatible with the parting tool holder from our knurling tool and parting tool set. The blade can be ground or sharpened depending on the application. For example, the cutting width can be reduced or the cutting angle can be changed. This allows for versatile material processing. The narrower the blade, the finer the work that can be performed. Please note that reducing the blade width also increases the risk of vibrations under higher pressure. The cutter is already pre-ground, but the chip guiding step still needs to be ground.
