With its vibration-damping, elastic, and weather-resistant adhesive bond, this universal adhesive offers a strong connection both indoors and outdoors.

Instructions for use | Substrate pre-treatment: Almost all absorbent and non-absorbent materials are suitable as substrates, except PE, PP, PTFE, etc. The substrate must be dry, clean and free of grease Commissioning: Insert the Pattex Hot Stick and connect the device to the power supply. During use, use a wooden base to prevent unintentional heating of the substrate. Application: Carefully pull the trigger to move the Pattex Hot Stick forwards in the appliance. Apply the melted adhesive carefully to the material to be bonded and join the surfaces while the adhesive is still soft. Glue flexible materials with a kind of zigzag seam. The adhesive has already reached a high level of strength after the bonding points have solidified. Cleaning: Loosening the adhesive bond: Adhesive points can be loosened again by heating. The adhesive dot can be removed from hard, smooth surfaces (e.g. glass) using a ceramic scraper. Stain removal: Adhesive residues from textiles can be removed mechanically by cooling down at -18°C and becoming brittle. |
