All stretcher frames are equipped with crossbars, and the hardwood wedges necessary for tightening (2 pieces per bar) are included in the price. The bars are crafted very neatly, with ends featuring tongue and groove, allowing them to be assembled into a stable frame. The stretcher bars only need to be fitted together. The most important thing is to ensure right angles so that everything is straight. Finally, wedges are added in the corners for a stable connection and optimal tension. Whether cotton, linen, or jute, in principle, all fabrics and even photo prints can be stretched onto the stretcher frames. Assembly: The stretcher bars are fitted together at right angles using the tongue and groove. The rear cross is assembled and connected with a staple gun, screw, or glue. The cross is then also connected to the frame, and the stretcher frame can be stretched. A tensioning clamp is helpful in this process.
