Versatile lightweight: The AVABAG LiTRIC TOUR 40 is a ski touring backpack featuring the LiTRIC avalanche airbag system. From multi-day tours to quick after-work outings, various sizes of AVABAG LiTRIC TOUR and FREERIDE zip attachments can be easily mounted on a single base, tailored to the specific use case. The zip is designed to seamlessly integrate the different packs and the base into one unit.
The base consists of a back element and airbag system, comfortably fitting against the back thanks to the Full Contact Light back system. The pack can be fully opened with a circumferential zipper and is equipped with all the features you need for touring: ski, splitboard, and rope attachments, an ice axe holder, and a small map pocket leave nothing to be desired. Emergency equipment has its place in a separate safety compartment. To keep the weight as low as possible, Ortovox uses particularly lightweight yet abrasion-resistant fabrics.
LiTRIC, the electronic airbag system, combines lightness with ease of use and reliability. The electric system can be charged via USB-C in about 25 minutes and allows for numerous test deployments at no extra cost. The absence of cartridges means: more space, no weighing, no cartridge disposal, and no travel restrictions.
