The rubber pad will not damage or dirty most surfaces. What's in the box 1 * Suction Cup Mount User Manual Setup: Step 1: Gently press the suction cup down before using it. Step 2: Then continuously press the piston until the red line is visible in the suction cup, indicating it is stable. Step 3: Install the camera following the steps above. Removal: Step 1: Hold the suction cup with one hand to secure the load. Step 2: Pull the quick-release tab with the other hand until the suction cup completely releases.
